SHIPPING POLICY
IT TAKES 7 DAYS TO MAKE NEW WIGS. orders are shipped via USPS. They are trackable by logging online and using the tracking number provided in your email. Delivery will take 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located in the U.S, or 5-10 business days if you are located overseas!

We are not at fault for any delays, natural disasters, damaged packages, or any unforeseen circumstances that affects USPS delivery.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we at My Custom Wig are at fault for shipping out the wrong length or texture hair not listed on original order request. In these cases, we will pay for you to return the hair for exchange or full refund, but the hair must be returned undamaged, and unused, in its original packaging. If not, your return/exchange or refund request will be voided.
